More than 14,000 facilities across the United States have been accredited by the ACR. You might ask yourself what does that mean? AccuSite PET/CT strives to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. For that reason we submitted procedures and imaging techniques to be reviewed during a 2 year period by the ACR. Today, AccuSite PET/CT Imaging Center is the REGION'S ONLY ACR ACCREDITTED PET/CT FACILITY.

The American College of Radiology was founded in 1923; it is the premier national organization for radiologists. This organization is composed of diagnostic radiologists, radiation oncologists, interventional radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, and medical physicists. Across the nation the ACR purifies and improves techniques and training as well as improving the education that radiologists and allied professionals receive. This is all done with the goal of providing quality care to patients.
